- In December 2006, Mauro Michelini qualified as an Statutory Auditor and joined the “Compagnie des Commissaires aux Comptes” in Aix en Provence and Bastia.

- He was appointed as a Financial Expert at the public prosecutors office in Lugano, the Court of First Instance in Geneva and the Court of the Canton of Lausanne.
- He also received his official Trainer’s Licence (n° 93060588806) from the Regional Department for Employment & Vocational Training in the Provence Alpes Côte d’Azur region.
- Member of the International Tax Committee of the Milan Chartered Accountants “Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti ” of Milan.

- He obtained the Federal Diploma of Chartered Accountants in Switzerland.

- Presentation of an expert report to the judge as part of criminal proceedings concerning the Mont Blanc tunnel accident of 1999.

- Presentation of an expert report to the Court of Milan relating to the company SONDEL and its spin-off with contribution in the Italian electricity company (along with ENEL and Montedison).
